Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 acestea, companiile orientate c\u0103tre produc\u021bia digital\u0103 utilizeaz\u0103 \u0219i tehnologii digitale tradi\u021bionale precum robo\u021bii industriali, identificarea prin frecven\u021b\u0103 radio (RFID), baze de date electronice, re\u021bele Ethernet etc.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Studiul UBB a explorat utilizarea tehnologiilor de tip Industrie 4.0, respectiv a celor tradi\u021bionale \u00een 54 companii mari din industria auto global\u0103. Printre acestea se num\u0103r\u0103 produc\u0103tori auto precum Volkswagen AG, Toyota Motor Corporation, Stellantis NV, Mercedes Benz Group AG, respectiv furnizori precum Robert Bosch GmbH, Denso Corporation, Continental AG, Schaeffler AG. Cercet\u0103torii au analizat prezen\u021ba celor dou\u0103 categorii de tehnologie \u00een baza rapoartelor anuale ale companiilor, rezultatele fiind cuantificate pe o scar\u0103 de la 0 la 100: scorul de 100 indic\u0103 utilizarea extins\u0103 a categoriei respective de tehnologii, \u00een timp ce un scor de 0 semnific\u0103 absen\u021ba total\u0103 a acesteia.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Analiz\u00e2nd ultimii 10 ani ai industriei auto globale, studiul arat\u0103 c\u0103 <strong>at\u00e2t tehnologiile tradi\u021bionale, c\u00e2t \u0219i cele de tip Industrie 4.0 au devenit din ce \u00een ce mai frecvent utilizate<\/strong> de companiile din aceast\u0103 industrie. \u00cen 2012, tehnologiile tradi\u021bionale aveau un scor de 47, iar cele de tip Industrie 4.0 de 21. Zece ani mai t\u00e2rziu, scorurile au crescut la 54 (+15%) \u0219i, respectiv, 26 (+24%). <strong>De\u0219i Industria 4.0 avanseaz\u0103 \u00een mod dinamic, tehnologiile tradi\u021bionale r\u0103m\u00e2n \u0219i ele larg utilizate. <\/strong>Prezen\u021ba lor masiv\u0103 subliniaz\u0103 faptul c\u0103 <strong>solu\u021biile de tip Industrie 4.0 se bazeaz\u0103 adesea pe aceste tehnologii<\/strong>.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Studiul UBB a realizat o evaluare a gradului de digitalizare pentru fiecare companie inclus\u0103 \u00een proiect. Datele din 2022 indic\u0103 faptul c\u0103 <strong>firmele asiatice conduc deta\u0219at \u00een fa\u021ba celor din Europa<\/strong>. Locul \u00eent\u00e2i absolut este ocupat de un furnizor asiatic, Hankook Tire &amp; Technology Co Ltd, cu un scor de 50. \u00cen r\u00e2ndul produc\u0103torilor auto, liderul este Isuzu Motors Ltd, cu un scor de 34. \u00cen Europa, clasamentul produc\u0103torilor de ma\u0219ini este condus de Volvo AB (28), care se afl\u0103 la acela\u0219i nivel cu abia a cincea companie asiatic\u0103 (Subaru Corp, 27). La furnizorii europeni prima pozi\u021bie este ocupat\u0103 de Grupo Antolin Irausa SA, cu un scor (31) net inferior fa\u021b\u0103 de omologul s\u0103u din Asia. La furnizorii europeni prima pozi\u021bie este ocupat\u0103 de Grupo Antolin Irausa SA, cu un scor (31) net inferior fa\u021b\u0103 de omologul s\u0103u din Asia. Furnizorii, at\u00e2t din Europa, c\u00e2t \u0219i din Asia, sunt mai avansa\u021bi \u00een materie de digitalizare dec\u00e2t produc\u0103torii auto. Furnizorii din Asia sunt \u00eens\u0103 mult mai digitaliza\u021bi dec\u00e2t europenii: niciun furnizor european din top 5 nu ajunge nici la nivelul celui de-al cincilea furnizor asiatic. Proiectul de cercetare a inclus \u00een analiz\u0103 companii din top 30 de produc\u0103tori auto \u0219i top 100 de furnizori auto, select\u00e2nd doar cele care aveau cel pu\u021bin cinci ani de rapoarte anuale disponibile \u00een mod public pentru perioada 2012-2022. \u00cen total, studiul UBB a inclus un num\u0103r de 54 de companii mari din industria auto.
